The International Seminar “Law, Technology and Innovations” will take place on the 11th of July in a hybrid format, and will be organized by the Centro de Investigação em Justiça e Governação (JusCrim/JusGov) and Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho (EDUM) with the support of the Erasmus+ SuCCESS project partnership.

The reflection on the use of technology and technological innovations, especially in the scope of Law is increasingly necessary. There are many challenges in this area and for this reason, researchers from Portugal, Brazil, the United Kingdom and Malta propose to hold a debate around several questions regarding this theme, as the beginning of a scientific dialogue that they intend to continue in the future. This is the first meeting, with a view to carrying out future scientific research projects in this area.

The meeting will be hybrid: the lecturers will be present in person at the Law School or via virtual means; those attending will be able to participate via virtual means. The event will be in Portuguese and English (without simultaneous translation)

The link to connect to the Seminar will be provided upon prior registration.
