The third and last week of mobilities of the South American professors in Europe is taking place at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto, Portugal until the 15th of November in the framework of the project SuCCESS.
This mobility is part of 3 mobilities made by South American professors in October and November in the framework of the SuCCESS project to Portuguese and Spanish universities. The main goal of these mobilities is to allow professors to participate in workshops related to Criminology and promote the exchange of knowledge between South American and European universities.
The professors during this week will participate in several workshops about “Assessing and Managing the Risk of Violence and Recidivism”, “Organized Crime and Gender”, “Drug policies and their impact on Portugal”, “Private security, policing and urban security” and many other topics. The mobility will also include visits to the University of Porto facilities, the Library and Documentation Centre of the University, the School of Criminology and others.
