The Euro-Sudamerican Criminology Network promoted by the SuCCESS consortium is going to be launched in Bogotá, Colombia, next week.
One of the most expected outcomes of our project is finally starting to see the sun! Next week, during the first consortium meeting the partners will launch the Euro-Sudamerican Criminology Network
The event is hosted in Bogotá by our partner Universidad Santo Tomás and gathers experts from European and South American universities that will discuss several topics of criminology on the 10-11 February. The topics include:
10th February from 14:00 to 18:00 (local time)
- Criminological theories and crime theories
- Organized criminality and financial crime
- Criminological research epistemologies and methods
- Criminology, cybercrime, and criminal policies
- Criminology, gender, and security policies
11th February from 09:00 to 13:00 (local time)
- Delinquency and crime prevention
- Delinquency evaluation and treatment
- Criminology, penology, and penitentiary law
- Philosophical and sociological perspectives of crime and delinquency
